Dylan Cowley for Flinders

Dylan Cowley is a devoted family man and passionate advocate for regional South Australia, proudly endorsed by The Nationals to contest the state seat of Flinders.

Dylan brings experience in local government, community services and as a community advocate to the campaign. As the father of a young growing family Dylan understands the pressures that regional families face but is excited about the opportunities that can be found on the West Coast.

In deciding to run for Flinders, Dylan considers advocating for regional health, water, housing and lessening the red tape on regional growth to be priorities.

“Through my work in our community I have seen firsthand the need for better health services, particularly around mental health support and ensuring that the elderly are supported in our communities. Our region is crying out for long term solutions to our water security and supply, and other development hindrances that allow us to grow.”

“Cost of living pressures and providing opportunities for young people in our region need to be a priority for the next Parliament, lessening red tape, stimulating growth and focusing on providing opportunities for home ownership in the regions are key to our future success.”

He also strongly supports the party's focus on decentralized services, ensuring that regional communities have access to comprehensive healthcare services, from birth to death.
